This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to bookings and services displayed through Brouwers.ae.<\/p>

Accommodation bookings are operated by independent, licensed property management partners. Mobility<\/p>

and lifestyle services are provided by independent third-party providers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Bookings and Payments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Accommodation bookings and payments are handled directly by the respective property management partner. Brouwers.ae does not receive accommodation booking payments. For mobility and lifestyle services, payments and booking arrangements are handled in accordance with the terms of the respective provider.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Guest Cancellations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the rate, timing of cancellation and conditions shown during the booking process. Any applicable cancellation terms will be made available to the guest before the booking is confirmed. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by the respective provider.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Deductions and Non-Refundable Amounts<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Where permitted under the applicable booking conditions, refunds may exclude administration or transaction charges, third-party costs already incurred, services already provided and amounts due in the event of a no-show.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Cancellation by the Provider<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If an accommodation booking or other service is cancelled by the respective property manager or service provider, that provider's applicable cancellation, replacement and refund terms will apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Refund Processing<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Any approved refund will be processed by the property manager or service provider that received the payment, using its applicable refund procedure and, where possible, the original payment method.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Force majeure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the property manager or service provider, including government restrictions, natural disasters, severe weather, conflict, transport disruption or other force majeure events, will be handled in accordance with the applicable provider's terms and applicable law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. Applicable Terms and Law<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The booking agreement is entered into with the respective property manager or service provider. The terms, governing law and dispute provisions of that provider apply to the booking or service.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9. Changes to this Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This policy may be updated from time to time. The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to a confirmed booking are those presented or agreed at the time of booking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
